- Standardized sets of mechanical asset names and related breakdown codes across company sites within Redzone OEE software.

- Provided direct instruction to plant supervisors and floor operators to ensure the accuracy of downtime tracking and the subsequent utilization of information for corrective action.

- Contacted industrial automation vendors to obtain quotes on robotics for packaging and palletizing applications. Provided line run rate data, package and case dimensions, pallet stack patterns, and other key information to vendors. Cost-Benefit modeling to compare full scope implementation against Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) alternatives.

- Cost estimation for upgrades to critical line equipment, HVAC systems, and water treatment systems.

- Calculation of line velocities and creation of piping & instrumentation diagrams to verify adherence to customer audit specifications.

- Developed an Excel model to estimate ROI for engineering/maintenance projects. Process included real-world validation and computational verification.

- Created over 100 SOP checklists and data sheets for daily operational setup within Redzone software.

- Created data sheets for completion of BRC and SQF food safety audits within Redzone software.
